William C. Frick, Ph.D., is the Rainbolt Family Endowed Presidential Professor of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education at the University of Oklahoma. He is the founding director of the Center for Leadership Ethics and Change and a co-representative of the Center to the UCEA CSLEE.

Susan Laird, Ph.D., is professor emeritus of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in the Jeannine Rainbolt College of Education and of Human Relations in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Oklahoma, where she has also served as core and affiliate faculty in Women’s and Gender Studies and its Center for Social Justice. She is value theorist in residence at the Center for Leadership Ethics and Change and serves as co-representative of the Center to the UCEA CSLEE.
Iman Ahmed Mohamed Azab, is a United States Agency for International Development postdoctoral researcher on assignment with the Center.
