Aleithia Stephens
Course Developer

As a Course Developer, Aleithia Stephens supports faculty with online course design and creates a variety of instructional materials. Before joining ODL, Aleithia held several internationally focused positions, including study abroad advisor, international exchange student coordinator, and ESOL instructor. She has taught college-level courses in European history, intercultural communication, and academic success skills, and has presented on international and online education topics at state and regional conferences. Aleithia holds bachelor’s degrees in History and Philosophy from Oklahoma State University and an MLitt in Renaissance and Early Modern Studies from the University of Aberdeen, and she recently completed the Online Learning Consortium’s Instructional Designer Certificate program.
