Ongoing Projects
- Retool existing Cognos training and documentations to maximize usefulness to the Cognos Community.
- Maintain Cognos training resources on the Cognos SharePoint site.
- Offer Cognos Office Hours on the first and third Thursdays of each month, so that the Cognos community may receive personal help with Cognos tool or data questions and leave with solutions.
- Offer Cognos author and consumer training.
- Offer Power BI Office Hours on the first and third Thursdays of each month, so that the Power BI community may receive personal help with Power BI tool or data questions and leave with solutions.
- Offer one-on-one Cognos mentoring and Power BI mentoring.
- Monitor any Cognos training needs related to future Cognos upgrades
Completed Projects
- Conducted numerous training and mentoring sessions.
- Authored or assisted authors in creation of new Cognos reports.
- Conducted training and created resources for the major Cognos Analytics (Cognos 11) upgrade in October, 2017.
