Whether updating content, building out a new webpage or needing training in our content management system, our web services team is able to assist your team.
The University of Oklahoma website contains several million pages and not all visitors enter these pages through the OU home page. Many visitors are external audiences and for many, these pages are their first and only view and impression of The University of Oklahoma. The Web is essential to our mission of teaching, research, creative work and public service. Our web pages need to reflect our values including accessible information for those with disabilities.
New to the CMS? Need a refresher on how the system works or what is new?
All new users must complete CMS training with our office prior to gaining access to the system, and existing users are always welcome to attend a refresher course.
If you have questions or need assistance, contact the CMS team via: link.ou.edu/cmsticket or by emailing source@ou.edu.
Connect to the CMS, edit your content, upload supporting imagery or documents, and publish your hard work.
The campus-wide content management system (CMS) allows users without technical knowledge to manage, update, and maintain a website. The system is called Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and is managed by the Marketing and Communications Web Team.
