Fostering development and engagement for all fans of these topics alike, we leverage our influence to innovate the modernization of productivity and entertainment through the lens of gaming & esports.

7 Day Ops | GPA Report Card | Area Updates
Starting August 12, 2024, The OU Gaming & Esports Venue is open 7 days a week for the very first time.
Events for everyone can range from mixers, watch parties, friendly tournaments, intramural type tournaments and leagues, and unique programming aimed at trying to provide a menu for all gaming interests to students, staff, faculty, alumni, and fans of OU alike.
Take a look at our full complex here filled with custom gaming PCs, consoles, VR, Racing Simulators, and more. This is the physical home at OU for all gaming culture and esports development.
Discord is our primary tool for all communication. While we do post regularly to our social platforms, articles, and emails you can always find the most up to date info and dialogue on our Discord server.
The GamerHaus is aimed at welcoming incoming first-year students into an environment where gaming is celebrated, structured, and creates an initial network of peers aimed at providing advice, support, and exposure to all things OU through the gamer perspective.

Coming to OU should be an experience with the focal point being your academic and professional development goals as the navigator. We have actively pursued conversations aimed at developing and evolving curriculum across OU to align with our culture and your academic goals.
Gaming culture and esports developments are a global topic. Add in a university with a healthy education abroad capability and you start bringing the world to you. Starting with Seoul, Korea we will look to expand opportunities across the globe.
Our three main areas of development focus on creating pathways for students to explore and expand their knowledge and experiences through gaming culture and esports development. If you're interested in competing for OU, producing content, or planning and hosting events then check out our programs.

On Mar. 27, the Department of Esports and Co-Curricular Innovation officially launched the OU Esports & Gaming Venue to the public. A multi-year effort has culminated in the event, which marks the beginning of weekly operations for OU students and staff.

OU Esports Bedlam 2023 Wrap-Up

The sixth installment of the Bedlam Rivalry Series between OU Esports and Gamers of OSU was another outstanding success. Through the two days of competition, teams played to raise money for the OU Children’s Hospital. Bedlam this year was also sponsored by the Price College of Business.
