The Center for Faculty Excellence strives to support faculty success and well-being at all stages of faculty growth and development. We provide resources for new faculty, promotion, tenure, and leadership development, as well as host workshops around our core pillars of teaching, writing, research and creative activities, and community engagement. OU also provides all faculty and graduate students with institutional access to National Center for Faculty Development & Diversity (NCFDD) resources. NCFDD is an independent professional development, training, and mentoring community of faculty, postdocs, & graduate students from over 450 colleges and universities.
Our faculty development curriculum plans lay out the diversity of resources offered through CFE and campus partners to help you develop your own progression of workshops and consultation events. These are offered to support your individual growth and development, as well as aid in navigating different roles and expectations throughout your faculty career.
