Julie Grissom
Lecturer
Thanks to my physician father and a fateful (and fascinating!) sixth-grade report on the Black Death, I've been interested in the history of medicine for most of my life. Now, I love that I get to share that passion by teaching a number of history of medicine courses at my alma mater. When I’m not diving into old medical texts or teaching Latin (yes, I'm also a part-time classicist), you’ll probably find me at a concert, wandering through a museum, or checking out a new restaurant.
