Stella Graves Stuart (BA, Philosophy; MA, History of Science, University of Oklahoma) served as the graduate studies coordinator and the undergraduate academic advisor. She also served as the Graduate Program Assessment liaison, compiling data and preparing the report that is submitted to the College of Arts and Sciences and ultimately to the Regents. She coordinated the department’s activities in the New Sooners Program and the Majors/Minors Fair and is the department’s representative to CASACAA.

Although she has a wide area of interests in the history of science, her Master’s thesis explored the construction of Isle Royale, Michigan, as a living laboratory in which to observe and study the North American Timber Wolf. Stella is a member of the History of Science Society, and has worked on special projects for its annual Isis Bibliography. She is a lifetime member of the Golden Key Honor Society and the Pi Mu Epsilon Honorary Mathematics Fraternity. Prior to entering academia, she held administration and management positions in both the private and the public sectors.
