Born and raised in central Ohio, Bryce Jones first studied history at the Ohio State University, where he graduated summa cum laude with research distinction in 2015. After graduation, he worked as a research assistant for the History Department and Peer Writing Consultant at the Writer's Studio at Ohio State. In 2016, Bryce moved to England to begin his graduate studies at the University of Oxford. After completing his coursework at St Antony’s College and the Rothermere American Institute, he graduated in the summer of 2017, earning his Master of Studies degree in US History. Currently, Bryce is a PhD student at the University of Oklahoma with research interests in Early American History, Native American and Indigenous History, and Public History.
