Bio:

What do you like most about working with new students?

I enjoy learning who they are and who they want to be. First-year college students are experiencing such a transformaitonal period in their lives, and it is so much fun helping them find their own path.

What advice would you give to OU first-year students?

I would tell first-year students to embrace the idea that it is okay not to have all the answers. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and know that things might not go exactly as planned...and that is okay! Look at everything as an opportunity to learn and grow.

What is your favorite place on campus?

I can't pick just one spot, but a morning walk across the entire campus is my favorite way to start the day. Campus is so beautiful and peaceful early in the morning, and it's a great opporunity to clear my mind and appreciate the surroundings.
