On Wednesday, February 22, 2017, Dr. Lisa Byers and CSJ-Tulsa Fellows facilitated OU-Tulsa's "Discussions on Diversity: Understanding Implicit Bias." Attendees learned more about the concept of implicit bias and reviewed Harvard's Project Implicit online test, the Implicit Association Test (IAT). 120 students, faculty, and staff were in attendance.
