Air Force Reserve Officer Training

The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) is an educational program designed to give individuals the opportunity to become U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force officers while completing their degrees. AFROTC prepares you to assume leadership positions of increasing responsibility and importance in the modern Air and Space Forces.

Visiting the Detachment

We would love for you to visit Detachment 675 as part of your introduction to the Air Force ROTC program! If interested, please schedule an information session (in-person or virtually) through OU's Academic Tours. We will happily give you a tour of the detachment and answer any questions!

How do I join?

Step 1: Create a Wings account  You MUST have a WINGS account to participate in AFROTC.

        Create your Profile in Wings

        Complete your application in Wings  **do not upload any supporting documents we will do all of that at New Student Orientation Program (NSOP)

Step 2: Click here to sign-up for NSOP

Step 3: Enroll in classes

Detachment 675 gives me the opportunity to nail down my own style of leadership. Even with early mornings and late nights, I leave our AFROTC events with energy, knowledge, and confidence. The longer I am here, the more prepared I am to be an Air Force Officer.
