How do I purchase a device?

When it's time to replace your current device or you need a new one, our approved vendors will assist you in selecting a model from the pre-approved device lists. Browse available options online:

Is toner included?

Yes, toner is included. A cost per copy is assessed based on actual usage, and this includes all toner and service at no additional cost for 60 months.


Can I purchase from another source?

While some alternative units may appear cheaper initially, the Printer Standardization Program ensures lower long-term costs by including toner, service, and reducing the need for early replacements.


How is security addressed?

All devices feature encryption and immediate data overwriting to ensure data security.


Can I keep my current device?

Yes, if  purchased through the contract.

No, ileased it must be returned when the lease expires.


Do the new devices support scanning, faxing, and document management?

Most models offer built-in scan-to-email functionality without the need for additional software. Faxing options vary by campus. Visit the program website for more details and options.
