Tana Cashion

Tana Cashion is the executive vice president of human resources and administration at Devon Energy. In this role, she is responsible for Devon’s human resources, corporate communications, community relations and multiple administration functions. Cashion joined Devon in 2005 and has held roles of increasing responsibility, including vice president of human resources and, most recently, senior vice president of human resources and administration. Before joining Devon, Cashion worked in the retail, wholesale and tourism industries. She has a bachelor's degree in political science from Pepperdine University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma.
