Lori Woodward

Lori M. Woodward is general manager of Lower 48 Finance for ConocoPhillips, serving in this position since 2020. Woodward started her career with ConocoPhillips in 1991, working in upstream finance in Ponca City, Oklahoma. She held a variety of positions in Ponca City and Houston before being appointed controller for ConocoPhillips Alaska in 2004. In 2009, Woodward returned to Houston to manage the company’s internal financial reporting team, then later served as internal audit manager for ConocoPhillips’ upstream and commercial businesses. Woodward transferred to Calgary, Alberta, in 2012 to become vice president of finance with ConocoPhillips Canada. In 2017, she assumed the role of vice president of finance and shared services with responsibility for ConocoPhillips Canada’s finance, information technology, reserves and frontiers teams. In 2018, Woodward returned to ConocoPhillips Alaska to become vice president of strategy and commercial, followed by vice president of finance, strategy and commercial before returning to Houston in 2020. Woodward graduated cum laude with a BBA in accounting from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1991.
