Denise Bode

Denise Bode is the managing partner and president of Constitution Partners LLC, a government relations firm. She is considered one of the top industry experts on energy and environment policy. She also leads major food and agriculture coalitions and industry groups, and other major manufacturing entities in transportation and heavy machinery. Bode has been a trade and tax policy leader for over four decades and is adept at trade association and coalition management, having led two national trade associations. She is skilled at developing and implementing public policy strategies at the state and federal levels. She has represented leaders in the energy, environment, manufacturing and transportation sectors for over four decades and has an intimate understanding of public policy and how to move priorities through Congress and the Administration. Bode has testified before Congress and has extensive public speaking experience, including numerous appearances on network and cable television.

Bode holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma, a Juris Doctorate from George Mason School of Law, and a Masters of Law in Taxation (LLM) from Georgetown University School of Law.
