Graduate Certificate - Foundations of Business
The Graduate Certificate in the Foundations of Business has three objectives:
1. To introduce graduate students in areas outside business—including health sciences, physical sciences, biological sciences, engineering, fine arts, and other academic disciplines—the theories and principles of business so they can be applied in their areas;
2. To develop inter-disciplinary knowledge that combines business concepts with academic specializations; and
3. To enrich students' academic experiences through meaningful interaction with business scholars and practitioners.
Graduate students who pursue the certificate program will join with their counterparts in business and enroll in six courses (one required, and five others that are all part of the MBA core) for a total of twelve hours.
