MAcc International Accounting Study Abroad Program
An international accounting study abroad element is an optional part of the curriculum and includes a two week, 3 credit International Financial Statement Analysis module exposing students to international business and accounting professionals. The online MAcc international experience includes an additional cost for participating students.
Online MAcc students will meet with international companies and organizations as well as the European Commission to discuss international accounting and business issues, challenges, and global reporting standards. Cultural site visits add to the student understanding of business and accounting in international cities.
In addition to course credit, an outcome of the module is an ‘International Financial Reporting Certificate’ through ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), confirming student learning of international financial reporting standards.
