Microsoft Bookings Now Available
Exploring options to reduce walk-up support or service queues and manage social distancing through the back-to-school season? Balancing in-person and online office hours or student appointments? Looking for creative ways to manage student engagement or student group recruitment while reducing large group meetings?
Microsoft Bookings allows you to create a web-based appointment calendar for individuals or teams that integrates with Outlook and and gives your customers (students, faculty, staff, or external partners) the flexibility to book a time that works best for them.
Bookings is now available to all OU faculty and staff with a .75 or higher FTE appointment and all students at the Norman, Health Sciences Center, and Tulsa campuses through Office 365.
To Access Microsoft Bookings:
- Log in at https://portal.office.com
- Click "All Apps"
- Select the "Microsoft Bookings" icon
