The M.L.S. in International Business Law program is a 32-credit hour program that can be completed entirely online in 15 months. As the complexity of international finance, banking, investment and the laws governing these activities has increased, increased demand has emerged for business professionals with strong international legal skills and knowledge.
This program will help graduates understand international transactions and allow them to work closely with attorneys to shape documents and procedures to drive global growth and business expansion.

OU Law offers this program with two starting dates per year and creates a small cohort of students progress through the program together. Courses include high levels of interaction with faculty via online discussions, optional video calls, and other activities that are designed to help you learn and apply your knowledge during your program.
The online MLS program is an investment in each student’s future, and OU makes every effort to see that each qualified candidate is able to attend. In-state tuition is $524.00 per credit hour, out-of-state tuition is $918.50 per credit hour. In addition, there are mandatory fees of $186 per credit hour and a once-a-semester fee of $101.50.

The admissions committee operates under a rolling admission process, and admissions may continue until two weeks before the start of classes. The committee strives to respond to all applicants within two weeks from the time a completed application is submitted.
