Construction Site Phasing
Background
Construction phasing is a practice that involves the utilization of only part of the construction site at a time, to reduce the potential of soil erosion from parts that are not in use or ready to work upon. This practice is important because it protects existing vegetation, minimizes the area of soil exposed at one time as well as the length of time between initial soil exposure and final grading.
