Russell is the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Specialist. He got his start at OGS mapping earthquakes at the Leonard Geophysical Observatory. His duties consist of cartography and geospatial data for publication maps, graphics, and datasets.
His current projects include the STATEMAP program, a new tectonic map of Oklahoma, and various maps for upcoming workshops. He has a B.A. in Applied Geography from Northeastern State University of Oklahoma and an M.A. in Geography from The University of Oklahoma.
