Cesalea Ray

Cesalea Ray is a GIS Specialist at the Oklahoma Geological Survey. She assists with the OGS’s STATEMAP initiative, which focuses on the geologic mapping of areas determined to be vital to the economic, social, and scientific welfare of Oklahoma. Additionally, she assists with various federal, state, and stakeholder projects related to cartography and geospatial data collection and dissemination. She is also the chair of the Oklahoma Board on Geographic Names. In addition to GIS, her research interests include UAS operations and karst hydrogeology. She is also a proud member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
