The Institute for Community and Society Transformation (ICAST) works to reduce inequity and forge new pathways toward positive societal transformation through community-engaged research and creative activity that advances health and well-being, social justice, arts and humanities, education, and technological and workforce adaptations.
The ICAST community of Affiliates represents a diversity of disciplines in the social, natural, and physical sciences, education, humanities, business, public health, computer science, and engineering from across OU’s campuses. ICAST supports its affiliates in many ways, who in turn enrich and support the Institute.
