Faculty Member Publishes Research on Student Experiences with Diversity and Climate

Assistant professor of Regional and City Planning, C. Aujean Lee published an article in the Journal of Planning Education and Research on student experiences of climate and diversity.

This publication compares domestic students of color and international students and offers tailored responses that planning programs can implement to support these students after recruitment. The article was co-published with members of the Planners of Color Interest Group of the Association for Collegiate Schools of Planning and is part of a four-year project on student climate issues.

In May, students from the Christopher C. Gibbs College of Architecture's Architecture, Environmental Design, and Interior Design programs participated in an intensive five-day Studio in Residence at Taliesin West, the iconic winter home and desert laboratory of Frank Lloyd Wright.
