Tom is pursuing his Ph.D. in Educational Administration, Curriculum and Supervision at the University of Oklahoma with an expected graduation date of May 2026. He is a graduate of Providence College where he studied English Literature and Business Studies. Prior to arriving at OU, Tom worked as an Assistant Director of Admission at College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. His research interests include Transformative Leadership Conversation (TLC), trust, curriculum design, student mental health, and counseling.
