Numerous data issues have been identified within the Banner/ODS and HR environments. The team is examining each issue, hoping to propose appropriate steps to remediate them with the goal of improving data quality.

A Qualtrics survey has been created and sent to Cognos authors. The goal of the survey is to uncover recurring data issues, errors, or inconsistencies while testing or running Cognos reports. It is hoped that a remediation plan can be developed for each issue, thereby improving data quality
