Margaret Shaffer, Ph.D., is the Michael F. Price Chair of International Business at the University of Oklahoma, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in international business and international human resource management.
Her previous positions include the Richard C. Notebaert Distinguished Chair of International Business and Global Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and professor of management at Hong Kong Baptist University and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is an associate editor for the Journal of Global Mobility and serves on several editorial boards. Shaffer has organized and led numerous study abroad trips to China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, and Taiwan.
