Julie R. Mariga, an instructor of management information systems, earned a master’s degree in educational technology and a bachelor’s degree in computer and information technology from Purdue University.
Before joining the University of Oklahoma, she worked for more than 20 years at Purdue, primarily as an associate professor in the Department of Computer and Information Technology in the College of Technology/Polytechnic Institute. Her consulting work includes more than a decade with the American University of the Middle East, where she helped develop IT curriculum. Mariga has edited and authored content in textbooks and journals and has presented at numerous conferences.
