As the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Aerospace and Defense Innovation Institute (OADII) at the University of Oklahoma, I am honored to lead our next phase of growth. Since January 2024, I have focused on strategic planning. We transitioned from a multi-year plan to a 2-year Execution Plan, emphasizing research acceleration. Guided by our Mission, Vision and Values, our Goals and Objectives will drive successful operations and increase OADII's influence and support of Oklahoma and the nation.
As a research accelerator, we turn discoveries into solutions by bridging the gap between innovations and real-world challenges.

OADII was launched in support of the Aerospace, Defense, and Global Security initiative through the Office of the Vice President for Research and Partnerships at the University of Oklahoma. OADII is one of four strategic research verticals identified in the university’s strategic plan that applies convergent OU research to significant, real-world challenges.
