NORMAN, OKLA. – Sixteen seniors from the University of Oklahoma have been selected as Outstanding Seniors for their exceptional achievements in scholarship, honors, awards, leadership and service. Of these 16 students, Kyle Eskew from Beavercreek Township, Ohio, was chosen by a committee of OU faculty, staff and students as the overall Outstanding Senior.
The group was recognized at a recent ceremony, where OU President Joseph Harroz Jr., OU Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of Students David Surratt and representatives from OU colleges presented each recipient with their Outstanding Senior Award.

Chittur A. Sivaram, M.D., a David Ross Boyd Professor in the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and a cardiologist with OU Health, is the first Oklahoma cardiologist to be named a Master of the American College of Cardiology.
