OU Employees: Benefits Open Enrollment Begins Oct. 26

Benefits open enrollment is Oct. 26-Nov. 6 for all OU employees. Here’s a quick view of the changes beginning in 2021:

• Plan Highlights: Click here for 2021 HSC changes and here for 2021 Norman changes.
• Rates: 2021 rates are here so you can start planning for next year.
• Virtual Benefits Fair: This year’s open enrollment benefits fair started on Monday, and this year’s event has gone virtual. Presentations from OU’s benefits companies and valuable information about 2021 benefits are available throughout the Open Enrollment period (Oct. 26-Nov. 6) by visiting the virtual benefits fair website at benefitsenrollment.ou.edu/Virtual-Benefits-Fair.
  • Live Sessions Via Zoom: The final day of live Zoom sessions will be offered tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 22), so make sure you register for one if you haven’t already had a chance to attend.
    • Blue Cross Blue Shield Medical
      • Thursday, Oct. 22 from 10-11 a.m.
    • Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental
      • Thursday, Oct. 22 from 11 a.m.-Noon
    • MetLife (Vision Insurance)
      • Thursday, Oct. 22 from 9-10 a.m.
    • Lincoln Financial (Life, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and AD&D)
      • Thursday, Oct. 22 from 1-2 p.m.
    • Fidelity
      • Thursday, Oct. 22 from 11 a.m.-Noon
  • Virtual “Booths”: At the virtual benefits fair, you can also visit virtual “booths” for:
    • Connect Your Care (FSA/Dependent Daycare)
    • Magellan Health (Employee Assistance Program)
    • HSA Bank
    • LiveWell OU Wellness Program
