After registration at orientation, students will be entered into the OU ONE system.  Tuition and fees will be paid online through the OU Bursar.  

Tuition and fees must be paid in full before the second week of class.


Academic English Program Estimated Costs

These estimated costs are based on double occupancy in dormitories with included meal plan. Rates for off-campus housing may differ.

* NOTE: Book prices may be lower depending on course requirements.

Applications cannot be processed until the $125 application fee has been paid. Application fee is non-refundable.

  • Withdrawal within first week - 80% refund of tuition only
  • Withdrawal within second week - 50% refund of tuition only
  • Withdrawal within third week - 20% refund of tuition only
  • Withdrawal after third week - no refund

Refunds may take two to four weeks to process.

$1542 per per 7-week session(fall, spring),  $1322 for 6-week summer sessions

  • Application Fee: $125 non-refundable
