Most College committees consist of one or two faculty members from each of the three academic departments, and some include students or staff, as relevant to the committee’s work. Faculty representatives serve staggered three-year terms, and student representatives serve one-year terms. Committee members are elected in spring for terms beginning the following fall semester. Some standing committees meet regularly and others meet on an as-needed basis. They are convened by the chair.
This downloadable document details the emergency response plan for those persons located in Collings Hall during an emergency. Persons working or visiting JRCoE centers NOT located in Collings Hall should follow the emergency response plan for whatever building they are in during the emergency.

The JRCOE Technology Committee has revised the technology request form for easy submission and review in order to meet as many requests as possible. Requests are divided into two categories: less than or equal to $750 and more than $750. Each category has its own protocol. In order to be more efficient and to account accurately for the funds used, each recipient, once notified, will be given one month to contact Ron McCarty to order the requested items. Faculty may submit more than one request per semester. Each request after the first request must go before the Committee for discussion and vote. Multiple requests may be granted based upon available funds.
