The Netscape Editor provides you with the "all the tools you need" to Create and Publish your very own Web Page.

It is to your advantage to "know and understand" the use of each tool on the toolbar!

We recommend you explore the "use" of each Tool on the Toolbar!  "Do your best" to understand how each tool "works" and the "purpose it plays" in creating your Web Page!

Of course..., it will take some time to learn everything.  Experiment with the Editor Tools until you can control them!
