The Netscape Browser can be Resized to fit any Viewer (size) need.
In the upper right-hand corner of the Netscape Browser you will see one of these two Icons...,

(located in the upper right-hand corner of the Browser Window)
The Browser is the maximum size possible..., and cannot be resized!
By "clicking on" the center (two rectangles)..., your Browser Window will change, and the following Icon will appear...,

Icon (located in the upper right-hand corner of the Browser
Window)
The Browser can be resized by positioning the pointer arrow in the
lower right-hand corner of the Browser Window.
The pointer will change to a "two head arrow". While the two head arrow appears...,
"Click on" (the lower right-hand corner) and "hold down" the left mouse button.
The Browser Window can be resized to the user's needs!
(Release the left mouse button when
