From your Netscape Editor Toolbar...,
"click-on" Properties, then choose Text.
The Properties..., Character, Link, Paragraph Dialog Box will appear...,
You MUST "click-on" the Paragraph Tab
...then choose Additional style: "pop-up"
menu Block Quote.
"click-on" OK
Viewed in the Netscape Editor Window...,
The Block Quote is applied to the selected text.
Block Quotes are useful in italic font also!
