Fonts

The Netscape Browser allow the user to adjust the (Alphanumeric Character) Font Size of the Browser Viewer.

From your Netscape Navigator Toolbar...,

Select Edit, then "click on" Preferences, then Fonts.

For the Encoding:  These are your language choices..., for now stick with Western.
