The Thomasville river access is the beginning point of
the Eleven Point National Scenic River experience. The area had been in
cultivation for many years. The plan below is a 22 acre park like conversion
planting of native Missouri trees and grasses. The planting
is unique in that it incorporates a proportional measuring system that
is field calculated by the seed applying contractor. The seed mixing
concept is flexible enough to substitute seeds that perhaps would be unavailable
at planting time.
The drawings included a "controlled burning" plan to help propagate the native grasses. Return to Dennis Fehler Resume All contents copyright (C) 1992-1999, D. Fehler All rights reserved. |
