In areas where the holes have water in them, we use a special "sausage" that is resistant to water.  Each of the white bags has 40 pounds of explosives.  On this job we place the detonators inside the explosive bags because the holes were less that 10 feet deep and we wanted good contact between the triggers and the explosives.  
  

	One person assembles a trigger and an explosive charge then drops it in the hole.  The "rod-man" makes certain everything is pushed to the bottom of each hole.
	The yellow spaghetti on the ground are the triggers that snap together.  When connected, the entire length of dam core is detonated in a rapid series of delayed explosions
