The sub-surface properties (characteristics) of both soils #7 and #8 are such that a septic tank absorption field is appropriate or suitable.  (colored green) 
The other soils with "moderate" or "severe" restrictions..., (yellow and red) will be eliminated from the map for clarity. 

The remaining (green) areas satisfy the criteria: "slight" risk (or better) for septic tank absorption fields.
