WebStudy List-Server Instructions   
 
Please place your name on the WebStudy list-server using the instructions below.  We will use the list-server for all class information exchange.  The advantage is, we all have the benefit of the body of class information.   (Let me know if you have any problems adding your name to the list).  How does it work?  Any WebStudy list-server member can send every other WebStudy list-server member an e-mail message..., all simultaneously.  There are some delays in routing (depending on the Internet traffic), but the members of the server list "all" get the e-mail.   

Remember, you "subscribe" to the list-server by using one e-mail address, and you send messages using another e-mail address.  (Don't mix them up).  Be certain your Reply To e-mail address is correct before you subscribe. (Send e-mail to yourself).  


To subscribe to the WebStudy list-server, send an e-mail message to:     
Listproc@listserv.ou.edu with the single line in the body of the message:      
    subscribe  webstudy  your_name  
    (Where your_name is a name identifying you).
For example:  I subscribed to the WebStudy list-server by sending an e-mail message to:        
subscribe  webstudy  Dennis Fehler

Very Important!       

To e-mail a message to every name on the WebStudy List-Server send e-mail to the address (below) by simply clicking on the link, and submitting your information.   For "traffic" reasons please limit your communication to class business.  Remember, everyone gets an e-mail each time you send an e-mail message.    

Be sure to send a "test message" to the "list" (using this address) to insure it is working.  If you get a return message, the list is working, and your name is officially on the list-server.
