Young Alumni Board

The David L. Boren College of International Studies Young Alumni Board, established in Fall 2017, is an advisory board made up of CIS alumni from the last 10 years. Board members are working around the world for organizations like the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, the German Marshall Fund and the US Senate. Twice a year, the board meets to discuss programs and opportunities at CIS and submit recommendations to the Dean. Members of the board can advise on a variety of topics, including academic programs, student opportunities and education abroad.

As alumni of the David L. Boren College of International Studies, the board members offer a unique perspective on our programs and how they affect post-graduate life. Young Alumni Board members are also available to mentor current students and assist the College as volunteers or fundraisers.
