Dr. Muhammad Javad is an Adjunct Fellow in the University of Oklahoma Center for Intelligence and National Security. Dr. Javad is an Associate Professor and Chair in the department of Computing & Technology at Cameron University. Much of Dr. Javad's research interests include Optical Networks and Agent-Based Intrusion Detection Systems. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and his publications include articles in the Jouranl of Optical Switching and Networking and the Journal of Communications and Networks.
