The Faculty Writing Coach specializes in working with faculty on their writing projects, and their writing process. This includes providing writing feedback, and one-to-one writing coaching. To stay on track with your project, try joining (or starting) a faculty writing group.

Writing Groups that Support the Process
These are groups run on a continuous basis. They can be a group of faculty from different disciplines that meet once a week to write together (an "accountability group"), or an "affinity group" who are all engaged in a similar type of project (e.g. a monograph). Generally speaking, time to write is the focus of these groups.
You, as faculty, can also initiate a group that is facilitated by the Faculty Writing Coach. For example, the Faculty Writing Coach can help you and your co-authors approach a writing project strategically, and also help keep you on track through a project-specific writing group. Do you want to write together or discuss writing with colleagues? The Faculty Writing Coach can also help you get a writing group started in your department or institute, for example.
