Ben Wang is a Ph.D. candidate in Information Studies. He has research interests and experience in interactive information retrieval and human-computer interaction. His recent studies focus on implementing large language models (LLMs) in the chatbot for information-seeking and problem-solving tasks to improve user satisfaction and learning outcomes. He is dedicated to applying cutting-edge advances in human-LLM interaction to solve real-world challenges.
