B.A., Art with minor in Spanish, University of Oklahoma, in progress

Osiyo!! My name is Graycianne Bennett and I am a member of Cherokee Nation. I am from Clinton, Oklahoma and I am currently pursuing a Bachelors of Arts in Fine Arts with a minor in Spanish and eventually a minor in Native American studies.

The art forms I deal with in my personal works are Iron sculptures, Ceramics, Chalk pastel Drawings, Oil Painting, and Beadwork.

I am have been working on building a student organization the past year called Indigenous Art Forms aiming to bring cultural preservation in the form of art and crafts to our university campus. This group promotes community and cultural engagement while our students pursue their academic goals here at OU.
