Personal Statement
I am a citizen of The Cherokee Nation and am from Claremore, Oklahoma. The NAS Mellon Impact Fellowship aligns perfectly with my goal of becoming a tribal attorney dedicated to advocating for Native American communities. Through its focus on leadership, scholarship, and community engagement, I'm excited to gain the skills and knowledge needed to empower and positively impact Indian Country. I am truly honored and excited to embark on this journey through the NAS Mellon Impact Fellowship, and I look forward to the opportunities it holds for my personal and professional growth in the service of Native American communities.
