Chrissy Carlson is a second year PhD student studying women's history in the American West. She researches women's participation in early political movements, particularly suffrage and statehood in Oklahoma, Utah, and Idaho. Chrissy is Graduate TA for Hist 1483 and holds master’s degrees from the University of Central Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma. She is also a mother of four teenagers and loves exploring the outdoors with her family.
