Internal Audit Organizational Chart

Internal Audit organizational chart as of Septermber 4, 2022. The Chief Audit Executive, Charles Wright, CPA, CAE, reports functionally to the University of Oklahoma Board of Regents, and administratively to the President of OU, Joe Harroz. Two Audit Directors, Carolyn Clink, CIA, CFE, and Cynthia Blease, CIA, CFE, report to Charles. Three auditors, Robert Melendez, CIA, CFE, Jane Brideau, CPA, CIA, and Katy McCollom, CIA, report to the directors. There are two vacant positions, one for an IT Auditor and one for an Operational Auditor.
